Pacific Ocean Pediatrics Concierge is a new branch of our practice run by Dr. Noël Salyer.  

Dr. Salyer is now board certified in Integrative Medicine.  Integrative Medicine is a style of healthcare that prioritizes prevention and uses a blend of conventional medicine and complementary therapies to offer more treatment options.  It is a holistic approach to pediatric care in that it encompasses all aspects of a child’s health including nutrition, sleep, physical activity, mind-body connection, community, environment and emotional development as it relates to health. 

Being a part of the concierge allows greater access to Dr. Salyer.  This includes extended, hour-long appointments, direct texting with Dr. Salyer, close collaboration with subspecialists, and newborn home visits.  This also allows time to incorporate comprehensive integrative wellness planning and therapeutic approaches to your child’s health.

Prices:

One child: $275/month

Two children: $400/month

Three or more children: $500/month

Frequently asked questions:

  1. Can anyone join?

    1. Yes, this is open for anyone to join, but there will be a limited number of patients allowed. This will allow for time to offer more personalized care

  2. Is there a different way to get a hold of Dr. Salyer?

    1. There will be a separate HIPAA compliant phone number given to POP Concierge members.  We will be implementing electronic medical records and so there will be a patient portal as well to connect with Dr. Salyer

  3. Do you still accept insurance?

    1. Yes.  Your health insurance will be will be billed as it is now.  For those who have an HMO or any non-PPO insurance, you can still join this program as a cash patient and pay the regular POP rates for our services in addition to the concierge fees listed above.

  4. Are house calls an option?

    1. The initial newborn visit is included in the monthly fee and additional house calls are available for an additional cost and subject to availability.

  5. Can I use my Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay?

    1. Yes, we are happy to provide you with a receipt for the monthly payment.
